Group NBT Directorate Change

Group NBT  announces that John Parcell, Non-executive Chairman, stepped down from the Board at the AGM which was held on the 25 November 2010. He will be replaced immediately by Richard Madden who is currently a Non-executive of the Company.

Geoff Wicks, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "John joined the Board of Group NBT as Chairman in 2000 and has guided the Company through a very important period of its development. After ten years with Group NBT John leaves the Company having overseen tremendous growth in both revenue and profitability. The Board and staff of Group NBT wish to thank John for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success in the future."
