Group NBT was notified yesterday that John Parcell, Non-Executive Director and Chairman, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 29 March 2010 at a price of 308 pence per share.


	Mr Parcell now has a beneficial holding of 575,877 Shares representing 2.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
