Group NBT plc announces that its co-founder; Jonathan Robinson, has today resigned from the Board as Chief Operating Officer. Jonathan will be leaving the Company to pursue other business interests and an announcement regarding his successor will be made in due course.
The Board would like to thank Jonathan for his substantial contribution to the Company over the 10 year period since it was first listed and wish him every success for the future.
John Parcell, Chairman of Group NBT, said: "It has been a privilege to work with Jonathan in building up our business over the eight years when we have served together on the Board. As well as being a global expert on our industry, he has a quick and accurate appreciation of people and business situations. I wish him every success in his future ventures."
